GM wants to insure that there will alawys be someone here to carry on the work .

That is why we have a number of  Apprentices training and working at different levels to gain the skills and qualifications to become the next generation of engineers, fitters and electricians.

Recently our apprentices gained various certificates of achievement at different levels through Shrewsbury College SCAT. Gm also supports the local schools and recieves pupils on work experience. We are also working in conjuction with educational Development services, on the springboard scheme for youngsters.
