Contractor Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) |

This is used by any public and private sector organisations when short listing contractors, suppliers and consultants (companies) who apply to work for them. To get on the list applicants must meet client standards for placement in areas of technical ability, equalities, insurance cover, environment and health and safety. |

Approved Contractors Scheme is designed to maintain a register of electrical contractors that have been assessed against a specific set of requirements, in particular the national electrical safety standard BS 7671 the IEE wiring regulations. The NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to EN 45011. |

GAS SAFE REGISTER |

As of 31st March 2009 the CORGI gas register will end in Great Britain. The GAS SAFE REGISTER will replace it. On 1st April 2009 it will be the official industry stamp for gas safety. We have registered all our CORGI Engineers with this new register. |

Competent person’s schemes gives our company engineers the right to Self Certify their installation and commissioning works, and to notify these works through the OFTEC Works Notification System. |
